1. Introduction & Acceptance
These Terms of Service ("Terms") form a legally binding agreement between you ("you", "the customer") and Britivo IPTV UK ("Britivo", "we", "us"). By accessing the website at britivo.uk, requesting a free trial, or purchasing a subscription, you confirm that you have read, understood and agree to be bound by these Terms together with our Privacy Policy and Refund Policy.
If you do not accept these Terms, please do not use our service.
2. Description of Service
Britivo provides access to live television channels and on-demand video content via the internet (Internet Protocol Television, or IPTV). Subscribers receive login credentials that allow them to use compatible third-party IPTV player applications on their own devices to access streamed content. Britivo does not produce, broadcast, or own the rights to the underlying content; we provide the infrastructure and the access credentials.
3. Eligibility
To use Britivo you must:
- Be at least 18 years of age, or the age of legal majority in your jurisdiction.
- Have the legal capacity to enter into a binding contract.
- Not be barred from receiving our service under applicable UK or international law.
- Provide accurate and complete information when ordering.
4. Subscriptions & Payment
- Subscription prices are clearly listed on our website and are inclusive of any applicable VAT.
- Payments are processed securely via our third-party payment partners. We never store full card details.
- All subscriptions are fixed-duration — they end automatically when the period you have purchased concludes. There are no auto-renewals unless you explicitly request one.
- You can cancel an active subscription at any time, but please note this may not entitle you to a refund — see our Refund Policy.
5. Acceptable Use
You agree NOT to use Britivo to:
- Resell, sublicence or distribute our service or credentials to third parties.
- Share your credentials with people outside your immediate household.
- Reverse-engineer, decompile or scrape the streams or our infrastructure.
- Use the service for unlawful purposes or to infringe the rights of any third party.
- Attempt to bypass connection limits, security measures or geographic restrictions.
- Use automated tools (bots, scripts, crawlers) to access the service.
- Interfere with or disrupt our servers, networks or other customers' use of the service.
Breach of this clause may result in immediate suspension or termination without refund, and may be reported to relevant authorities where appropriate.
6. Account Security & Sharing
You are responsible for keeping your login credentials confidential. Britivo subscriptions are intended for personal use within a single household. Each plan includes a defined number of simultaneous connections, and exceeding that limit may result in temporary suspension. If you believe your credentials have been compromised, contact us immediately on WhatsApp.
7. Service Availability
We aim to provide a reliable service with 99.9% uptime, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted availability. Maintenance, infrastructure upgrades, ISP issues, force majeure events or third-party broadcaster decisions may temporarily affect the availability of specific channels or the overall service. Britivo is not liable for short, unavoidable disruptions, but we will always work to restore service as quickly as possible.
8. Intellectual Property
The Britivo brand name, logo, website design, written content and theme code are the intellectual property of Britivo IPTV UK and are protected by UK copyright and trademark law. You may not reproduce, modify or commercially exploit any part of our website or branding without our prior written consent.
9. Third-Party Content
Television channels, films and series available through Britivo are produced by third parties. The intellectual property rights in such content belong exclusively to those rightsholders. Britivo provides access infrastructure only and makes no claim of ownership over third-party content. You are responsible for ensuring that your viewing of such content complies with applicable laws and the rights of the original broadcasters in your jurisdiction.
10. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Britivo's total liability to you under or in connection with these Terms shall not exceed the amount you have paid to us in the 12 months preceding the claim.
We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, including but not limited to: loss of profit, loss of opportunity, loss of data, or loss of reputation.
Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits our liability for: death or personal injury caused by negligence; fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation; or any other liability that cannot be excluded under UK law.
11. Termination
You may end your relationship with us at any time by simply not renewing your subscription. We may terminate your access if you breach these Terms, with or without prior notice depending on the severity of the breach. On termination for cause, no refund will be issued.
12. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes arising out of or in connection with these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales, except where mandatory consumer-protection law in your country of residence requires otherwise.
13. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. The "Last updated" date at the top of this page reflects the current version. Material changes will be communicated to active subscribers via email at least 14 days before they take effect. Your continued use of the service after such changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
